Lovewell Blake, one of the region’s leading financial planning and accountancy firms and who are based on Broadland Business Park, has taken on 18 new accountancy, tax and business administration trainees.

The group, 13 of whom will be studying as apprentices, will be based at the firm’s offices across the region at Broadland Business Park in Norwich and in Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Halesworth, Thetford and Bury St Edmunds.

Commenting on the 2015 intake, Douglas Young, Managing Partner at Lovewell Blake, said:
“Once again we are delighted to be offering a range of exciting opportunities to our new recruits. Accountancy is a popular choice for young people seeking a career in one of the professions and our training places are only given to the very best candidates. We are confident that our 2015 intake will thrive in the industry and be inspired by their roles within Lovewell Blake.”

All Lovewell Blake’s new entrants are offered professional qualifications through structured training programmes from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). Lovewell Blake also provides a range of internal courses to suit individual skills and requirements.

Lovewell Blake has also welcomed two part-qualified new recruits from other local firms, both of whom will continue their studies while working in their new roles in the business services team in Norwich.

Lovewell Blake operates an annual intake each autumn, with successful applicants given the opportunity to study for professional qualifications through structured training programmes and internal courses.
