Adam Smith (top left) is a Fund Manager and Director of Lothbury and has 16 years’ experience in the property industry. He has worked on Broadland Business Park since 2005 and is responsible for the overall management of the Park for the fund.

Alastair Dewar
Alastair Dewar (bottom right) works in the Fund Management team of Lothbury Investment Management and has 10 years’ experience in the property industry. He has worked on Broadland Business Park since early 2019 and, together with Adam, deals with the asset and fund management of the Park.

Joanna Thornton
Joanna Thornton (left in the picture, top right) is the Estate Manager based on site Monday-Friday at the Waterside Management Suite.  She has been involved with the management of Broadland Business Park since 2006 and works with tenants and occupiers to provide a happy and pleasant environment for staff to work.

Nikki Bunnewell
Nikki (right in the picture, top right) joined the Estate Management team in 2013.  She manages the conference room bookings and assists Joanna with the day-to-day running of the business park and buildings.

Paul Auger
Paul is the Grounds Manager and joined the team in October 2015. Paul ensures the landscaping is kept to a high standard so it can be enjoyed by staff and public alike.
