BY ROAD

The Park is easily accessible from the A47 Norwich southern bypass, providing a fast dual carriageway link to all major trunk routes and access to London, the Midlands and the north, and the A1270 Broadland Northway, which links the Park to Norwich Airport and the north of the city and county.

For Lakeside buildings, follow the signs for Broadland Business Park (South) and turn right at the first roundabout on to Old Chapel Way.

For Bankside buildings, Reed House and Willow House, Gardners Books and commercial and logistics occupiers, follow the signs for Broadland Business Park (North).

BY RAIL

Norwich station provides frequent and direct rail links to London, Cambridge, Ely, Peterborough, the East Midlands, Manchester and Liverpool and the local and wider national rail network.
