With around 4,000 people working on Broadland Business Park, the needs of our occupiers have been taken into account in the design of the Park, from the working environment to visitors’ first impressions when they arrive.

The landscaped setting affords employees the opportunity to enjoy their surroundings, with lakeside walks and cycle routes playing an integral part in the Park's design. Ample parking for bikes and regular public transport mean that driving a car is not the only option for getting to work and supports the Park's commitment to building a healthy working environment. The Park is also a member and supporter of Norfolk County Council’s car share scheme, pairing members as either car, walking or cycle buddies.

The Park offers a full on-site estate management service. The management suite is at the heart of the business park, located next to the Waterside Café.  It is central to the development of services and the day to day success of the Park, whether communicating with occupiers via the website and twitter, broadcasting events and offers around the Park or holding regular travel planning meetings.
