A number of businesses on Broadland Business Park again played host to a group of children from the Chernobyl area, as part of a visit to this country arranged by the Chernobyl Children's Lifeline charity. This is the seventh year we have been delighted to welcome them.

Their visit started with a visit to Start-rite Shoes where they had their feet measured for new shoes, after which they headed for D&F McCarthy where an excellent barbecue was laid on, with help from Makro. Further donations were provided by NatWest and Persimmon Homes – while Blofield Farm Shop supplied a brand new barbecue.

We look forwrd to welcoming the charity back in 2020.
