Beginners' Running Groups have been launched for everyone working on Broadland Business Park wanting to get in shape and ready for the summer!
They take place on Monday and Wednesday lunchtimes from 12.30pm to 1.15pm (including warm up and warm down).
The Monday sessions start on April 27th and the Wednesday sessions on April 29th and they both run for six weeks.
The meeting point for both groups is the Waterside Café on Broadland Business Park.
