Norfolk County Council’s cycle loan scheme is open to all in the Norwich and Great Yarmouth areas. The scheme's aim is to encourage more people to take up cycling or return to cycling after period of time away.
 
The scheme provides you with a quality cycle for four weeks, including lights, lock and helmet (optional). In return, all you have to do is complete a few users surveys, which will gain you entry into the end of scheme £500 Prize Draw in March.
