National, independently owned financial adviser, employee benefits advisory practice and insurance broker, Lucas Fettes & Partners, has increased its office accommodation on Norwich’s Broadland Business Park with a move this week (Monday 29th June) to a new 3,630 sq ft (337 sq m) suite in the Lakeside 500 building.

By relocating to its new office suite, the firm, which also operates from London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Berkhamsted, Chichester and the Isle of Wight, is creating space for its expansion plans as well as providing improved facilities for staff and clients. These include better meeting facilities and seating areas, break out areas and hot desk spaces.

Mark Brown, Director and Head of Financial Services said “By moving to a new office that gives us 50% more space, we have been able to improve our overall office facilities for clients, visitors and existing staff. This move also gives us the space for further expansion and highlights the importance of Norwich as the financial services centre of our group.

“Broadland Business Park is an ideal working environment, with its mature landscaping, lake and Waterside Café, as well as good transport and communications, which are all very popular with our staff.”

Broadland Business Park is also expecting to announce another new occupier on the Park in the next few weeks.

James Allen, senior partner at Broadland Business Park’s agent, Roche Chartered Surveyors, said: “We are very pleased that Lucas Fettes & Partners is expanding its presence on the Park. This relocation comes on the back of a number of new occupiers coming to Broadland over the past six months. We expect this encouraging trend of businesses moving to the Park’s superior office accommodation to continue this year.”
