NHS commits to further five years at Broadland Business Park
NHS Norfolk has committed to a further five year term at Broadland Business Park’s Lakeside 400 building, until November 2022.
Lakeside 400 has been let to NHS Norfolk since 2007 and the 25,200 sq ft (2341 sq m) building houses a number of departments, including the Clinical Commissioning Groups for Norwich, North Norfolk and South Norfolk as well as NHS Health Education Norfolk.
James Allen of Roche Chartered Surveyors said: “We are very pleased to confirm that NHS Norfolk has committed to Lakeside 400. Their commitment underlines Broadland Business Park’s attraction as an excellent place to work combining high quality Grade A office accommodation with superb facilities for staff throughout the Park and a mature, well maintained, landscaped environment and excellent transport links. This is further enhanced by the opening shortly of the Norwich Northern Distributor Road, which runs adjacent to the Park.
