As a result of the major refurbishment of the Lakeside 300 Grade A offices on Broadland Business Park, three further new occupiers have taken space, following the arrival of house builder Barrett David Wilson Homes early in 2023.
Lakeside 300 has undergone a complete modernisation and refurbishment to incorporate a range of new facilities including electric vehicle charging points and outstanding energy efficiency, with an EPC A rating achieved throughout the building.

Leading UK occupational health and wellbeing company, Optima Health, which has offices throughout the country, has agreed a five year lease on a 3,184 sq ft second floor suite for its subsidiary, Working on Wellbeing.
Emma Shreeve, Regional Operations Manager for Optima Health, said: “As an occupational health provider it is critical for our business to have a modern, welcoming and professional environment for our clients. The location of Lakeside 300 is perfect for us, with parking available and good transport links to the city centre and the key A roads.
“The clinical rooms and facilities are second to none and this has enabled us to offer greater availability for our clients by reducing waiting times for appointments and delivering a much-improved user experience.”
The fourth new occupier is NatWest Bank who have taken a 10 year lease on a 6,560 sq ft ground floor suite in Lakeside 300.
