TaxAssist Accountants, who are headquatered in Bankside 300 on Broadland Business Park, has once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy, joining an elite group of just four franchisors to have won this prestigious award for 10 years running.

The WorkBuzz survey works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is then assigned an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark (FSB) score.

Sarah Robertson, Group Director and UK Managing Director of The TaxAssist Group, said: “Achieving this award for 10 straight years is a huge achievement and one we are incredibly proud of.

“This award is particularly special because it is based on feedback from franchisees themselves and reflects so positively on the diligence and effectiveness of the entire Support Centre team. Taking into account the unprecedented changes that we’ve all seen over the last two years, the positive feedback and level of optimism about the future is a huge endorsement of the TaxAssist business model to those considering joining our franchise.”UK

UK Search Awards

The company has also been named as a finalist in three categories at The UK Search Awards 2022, which will see it competing with household financial brands including TSB Bank, Virgin Money and Legal and General.

The UK Search Awards are regarded as the premiere celebration of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and content marketing. TaxAssist has been nominated as a finalist in the following categories for the various digital marketing campaigns aimed at raising the profile of the brand and generating new client leads for its network:

Best Integrated Campaign (Large)
Best Use of Search – Finance (PPC)
Best Use of Search – B2B (PPC) (Large)
Working in partnership with marketing agency Gravity Global, TaxAssist redesigned its website to be more user friendly and optimised the content to be more easily found on search engines such as Google and Bing. Combined with a restructure of its internet advertising campaigns to further boost its searchability, the projects helped to increase the number of clients wishing to use TaxAssist’s network of over 400 locations across the UK.

James Mattam, Group Business Development Director of The TaxAssist Group, said: “We’re thrilled to be nominated in three categories at this year’s UK Search Awards.

“To be up against Legal and General, M&S Bank, Metro Bank, Virgin Money, Money Supermarket and TSB says much about the incredible growth achieved by the TaxAssist brand over the past few years, and to be nominated is an achievement in itself.

“New client attraction is a key consideration for any TaxAssist franchisee, so for our success to have been recognised in this arena is a huge endorsement of the business development initiatives that we provide.”
