Olympic Baton Relay at Broadland Business Park

NatWest, Tenants of Lakeside 300, were delighted to host the Olympic Baton Relay at Broadland Business Park in June, raising funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

As proud sponsors of Team GB and Paralympics GB, NatWest organises a colleague-led relay across the UK in support of charitable causes. The relay forms part of the bank’s Go for it! Challenge, a major community fundraising initiative centred around an epic baton relay.

Representatives from the East Anglian Air Ambulance and the NatWest Mobile Bank attended the event, alongside a special guest appearance from Norwich Town Crier, Bob Lloyd, who with the help of the crowd, cheered on the cyclists, runners, and walkers as they began their fundraising challenge.

The cyclists pedalled towards Bury St Edmunds, while the runners and walkers completed a lap of Whitlingham Country Park before returning to the business park.
