Refurbishment of Lakeside 400 Attracts High-Profile Tenant

SJK Properties is pleased to announce its second open market letting of 2026 at the Business Park, with Anglian Water securing 17,500 sq. ft across the entire first and second floors of Lakeside 400, which has just been refurbished.

The upgraded office space offers a range of modern features designed to create a comfortable working environment.
